With the shortage of mineral resources and the need of environmental protection,making slag into porcelain has become an important measure for the recycling of waste in ceramic industry.Meanwhile,glaze and glaze texture are important appearance features and visual aesthetic components of ceramic products.How to balance or better reflect this art in slag application is an important topic in today’s ceramic industry.Compared with other works of art such as painting,clay sculpture and embroidery,ceramic art is the art of mud and fire.The appearance of color and glaze texture is not only its external manifestation,but also the embodiment of the close combination of raw materials and crafts.In recent years,with the rapid development of new technologies in the ceramic industry,and the iterations of new basic materials,utilization of waste products and application of environmentally friendly materials,the techniques and methods of porcelain color presentation are integrating and innovating constantly in design,materials and technology.However,how to embody the color aesthetics of ceramic products in the process of reusing basic materials and even waste materials has important guiding significance for the application of upgrading materials,environment-friendly materials and the development of new products.In the past,the study of porcelain color was mainly based on qualitative analysis,or focused on single factor,lacking systematic quantitative research,especially quantitative analysis based on materials and technological test.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the color feature quantification and its applications of slag porcelain glaze as the subject,and the following aspects of work has been done:(1)Based on the Kansei Engineering,the quantitative method of the perceptual factors of slag porcelain glaze color was studied.At the same time,the chromatic value,tonal value and surface texture image of the slag porcelain glaze color were obtained by means of spectrophotometer,optical electron microscope and the like.The obtained data and image of the color and texture were analyzed and summarized,then classified and studied from the perspective of chromatics,and the data image classification system of slag porcelain glaze color texture was constructed.(2)Taking gold,molybdenum,copper and other slag as the main raw materials,with appropriate additives,the process experiments of different types of glaze such as color glaze,multi-color art glaze and microcrystalline glaze were carried out,and the realization method and temperature influence on color stability of glaze were explored.On this basis,the microstructure of slag porcelain glaze,the relationship between the apparent art texture and color was studied.The physical and chemical principles,microstructure changes,phase separation and crystallization conditions of porcelain glaze preparation process were analyzed.The coloring characteristics of slag porcelain glaze,the influence of process factors on color and the coloring mechanism of different colors are summarized.Meanwhile their application experiment and theoretical basis are proposed.(3)Based on the sensible element space and cognitive and semantic evaluation dimensions of slag porcelain glaze,the color samples and semantic vocabulary of slag porcelain glaze were selected for evaluation.The BP neural network algorithm was used to quantify the characteristic data of the sensible elements of slag porcelain glaze color.The quantitative relationship mapping model is used to transform the color characteristics and perceptual cognitive elements of slag porcelain glaze and actual design requirements into rational expressions.The relationship between the color characteristics of slag porcelain glaze and the user’s color sensibility cognitive elements was explored,and the semantic features of different porcelain glaze color effects were clarified.The research results of quantifying the color characteristics of slag porcelain glaze are applied to the individualized recommendation of slag porcelain glaze color design scheme.A quantitative design method of slag porcelain glaze color feature based on user perceptual cognition elements is proposed.(4)Based on the above research,a set of slag porcelain glaze color feature quantification and design prototype system was developed.At the same time,the color design of a daily-use ceramic vessel is taken as an example and the specific application of this system is introduce.In this way,the feasibility and effectiveness of the theory and method proposed in this paper are verified,and the application effect shows that the research of this paper has certain practical value. |
