| How to effectively improve the overall safety and stability of oil drilling,that has always been a key factor in petroleum engineering.The Internet of Things technology has the characteristics of comprehensive sensing,reliable transmission and intelligent processing.It can greatly improve the real-time performance,accuracy and stability of data transmission on-site data acquisition of oil rigs.With the continuous development of petroleum digitalization,IoT technology has been continuously applied in oil drilling,so it is of great significance and application prospect to study the oil rig fault detection technology using IoT technology.This paper establishes IoT three-tier architecture system and hardware support equipment system by studying the basic production process and characteristics of the oil rig,the main components of the turntable area,the common faults and mechanism of the equipment,and the related technical theory of fault detection.The overall design of the oil rig turntable fault detection system was developed.According to the IoT three-layer architecture of the rig turntable fault detection system consisting of the safety status information collection subsystem,the transmission subsystem and the fault handling monitoring center.The wireless sensor ZigBee,safety status information collection RTU,industrial Ethernet switch,and configuration are established.The software TIA Portal V13,data server and other related devices constitute the hardware platform of the system.Based on the functional requirements analysis of the system software,the function and composition of the application software of the turntable fault detection system are established.The system software is designed by using the WINCC embedded in the TIA Portal V13,SQL Server 2008 and video monitoring software.The Bayesian theory information fusion algorithm is used to judge the working state of each device in the turntable area.The model and algorithm are substituted into the data for specific analysis,which proves that the model and algorithm are suitable for ZJ70 DB oil rig.The application of the oil rig turntable fault detection system can simplify the rapid and accurate processing of faults,reduce the probability of failure,realize the safety status monitoring and early warning of oil rigs,and the turntable area fault detection system has a good application prospect and economic benefits. |
