Research On The Development Of Logistics Joint Distribution Business Of SJ Tobacco Company

The core competitiveness of tobacco logistics in China's tobacco management was first clarified at the 2010 China Tobacco Modern Logistics Conference.Developing logistics joint distribution business is a new direction of logistics transformation and development in China's tobacco industry.How to make tobacco logistics create greater value and bring more benefits for China's tobacco industry is an important issue facing tobacco logistics industry.Some tobacco companies in China have realized the transformation and upgrading of tobacco logistics by carrying out joint logistics distribution business,and achieved remarkable results.Although the logistics business of SJ Tobacco Company has made great progress,it is still lagging behind the brother tobacco company which has carried out the transformation of logistics joint distribution.Therefore,the logistics business of SJ Tobacco Company needs to be transformed and upgraded urgently.By studying the common distribution mode,integrating distribution resources,improving efficiency,optimizing service and reducing cost,this paper constructs the modern logistics distribution system of SJ Tobacco Company,and realizes the transformation and upgrading of SJ Tobacco Company.According to the specific national conditions of our country and the situation of SJ city and its surrounding markets,combined with the topography of SJ city,the distribution of business areas and the status quo of logistics distribution of SJ Tobacco Company,this paper designs the operation mode of logistics distribution of SJ Tobacco Company by studying the logistics distribution mode of tobacco companies in advanced areas and drawing on their successful model experience,and designs the operation mode of logistics distribution of SJ city,and also designs the tobacco company of SJ city.The design principles,organizational framework and implementation steps of the logistics joint distribution operation mode are systematically studied to form an operable scheme for innovation.Based on the research results and practical experience of joint distribution at home and abroad,this paper analyzed the feasibility of SJ Tobacco Company to carry out logistics joint distribution business: Studying the current situation of logistics distribution of SJ Tobacco Company,it was found that there were problems in logistics distribution of SJ Tobacco Company,such as poor distribution channels,lack of professional and technical personnel,high cost of cigarette logistics distribution;Based on the successful experience of Shanghai Haitou in developing logistics joint distribution business of tobacco and non-tobacco products,this paper analyzed the logistics joint distribution mode of domestic advanced tobacco enterprises,and summarized the advantages of tobacco companies in developing logistics joint distribution.SJ tobacco companies have the necessity of logistics joint distribution,and combined with the influencing factors of SJ tobacco companies in developing logistics joint distribution mode,formed a suitable SJ Tobacco Company.Feasibility scheme of logistics distribution mode of city tobacco company;Starting from the design principle of SJ Tobacco Company's logistics distribution mode,the main frame of SJ Tobacco Company's logistics distribution mode is established,and the concrete and operable implementation steps are designed to form SJ Tobacco Company's logistics distribution mode.
