Oxygen and nitrogen in steel,energy,machinery,defense and medical and other industries widely used,the ratio of oxygen and nitrogen production has become an important and indispensable part of the national economy,as domestic IGCC combined cycle power generation project,ammonia,hydrogen production from coal,coal hydrocarbon,coal oil,such as the continuous development of large coal chemical projects,air separation of form a complete set of complete sets of project requirement also gradually improve,air separation project towards "air separation island" type comprehensive scale development,however,the domestic air separation technology due to the late start,the project design,selection,matching,construction operation,etc can meet the requirements of the development of the domestic coal chemical industry.Domestic gas industry since 2005,on the other hand,the rapid rise of competing with foreign gas company,but it is in the project construction and operation management is facing great challenges,again because of excessive competition,industry profit margins shrinking,with the strengthening of national environmental protection efforts,late gas company profit increase corresponding uncertainty,be badly in need of the intelligent and management cost savings.With specialization and scale development of air separation industry in our country,the domestic main supply of air separation equipment manufacturers are also from air separation equipment manufacturers to professional gas supplier development and transformation,in the process of transformation of development because of the air separation industry started late,there is insufficient air separation of complete sets of design capability,cause plant after completion productivity does not match with the downstream customers,can not meet customer needs and restrict its profitability,add in air separation of complete sets of project construction and management experience,and be inferior to foreign companies,in terms of equipment and stability and safety in the project's overall operating profit ability is there much deficiency,Also need to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in intelligence and management.By studying the development experience of the air separation industry over the years,this paper makes a brief analysis of the air separation project system,summarizes thetechnical data in the travel industry,makes a preliminary comparison of the project equipment selection,and summarizes the necessity of the intelligent implementation and management of air separation complete sets of projects.From the aspects of region,environmental protection,safety,investment and financing,this paper analyzes and sorts out the project risk factors during the construction and operation of air separation complete project,and proposes risk control measures;This paper expounds the intelligent implementation process of complete air separation projects and the management experience gained in the intelligent implementation process.Based on the size of the key parameters and change rate,according to the material conservation,energy conservation and component balance as the basis,establish a simulated calculation,static offline model and regression is calculated according to the actual operation of live,it is concluded that effective key parameter equations,verifies the semi-automatic control to the project,to form dynamic model empirical formula,and then applied to the actual production of the automatic load change control process;According to the advanced management methods and analysis and evaluation means,the quality and safety control of the whole process of the project is implemented to ensure the orderly,standard,safe and effective operation of the project,and the value of the remote diagnosis technology in the air separation project is expounded.Based on solving practical problems,this paper systematically studied the complete set of air separation engineering projects,conducted in-depth research in the aspects of project risk identification and control measures,intelligent implementation of projects and comprehensive management,and provided intelligent implementation and management ideas that can be used for reference for the complete set of engineering projects in the domestic air separation industry.
