With the deepening of ecological civilization construction in China,the optimization of ecological environment and living environment has become a common consensus.The optimization and improvement of the environment is conducive to the physical and mental health development of residents,and it is also the original intention of relevant departments to formulate relevant environmental governance policies and adopt environmental governance behaviors.In this process,environmental justice also needs to be recognized and reflected.Previous studies on environmental justice mainly reflected in the process of calling for optimal environmental governance in the face of environmental damage,and seldom mentioned the principles of environmental justice that should be practiced in the process of environmental governance.As a key work area of desertification prevention and control in T city,wind-proof and sand-fixing is a necessary measure to improve the local ecological environment.Artemisia sphaeroceana,a pioneer plant with wind-proof and sand-fixing,plays an important role in the treatment of this area,but some local people are troubled by such plants.The occurrence of symptoms of allergic rhinitis in artemisia sphaeracea has now become an endemic disease recognized by the local residents.The public urgently hopes that relevant departments can pay attention to and solve the problem.This case belongs to the discussion scope of environmental injustice.This paper,from a multi-dimensional perspective,discusses the perception and actions of relevant subjects in the event of environmental risk arising unexpectedly from environmental governance.It mainly includes the group perception and action of allergic rhinitis,the construction and solution of the environmental risk problem by non-governmental public welfare organizations,and the response and treatment of theevent by official organizations.This event is not only related to the environmental problem of the coordination of the relationship between man and nature,but also to the social problem of multi-party game interaction on a deeper level.On the one hand,the natural environment needs to be optimized and improved,and the physical and mental health of residents and their daily life also need to be guaranteed,which requires a balance between the two in the process of environmental governance.We will follow the principle of environmental justice,effectively establish mechanisms for environmental risk assessment and collaborative governance,and ensure the sound functioning of society.This paper mainly carries on the research elaboration from the following four parts.The first part is the introduction,including the research background,purpose and significance,ideas and methods.The second part is a literature review,defining the core concepts involved in this paper,such as environmental justice,environmental risk and environmental vulnerable groups.The theoretical literature involved in this paper is sorted out,including environmental justice theory,risk perception theory,etc.The third part presents the data obtained from the field research,elaborates the risk perception and action logic of relevant audiences in the environmental risk events derived from environmental governance policies,and describes the whole event.The fourth part is the summary and reflection of the whole article to carry on the summary induction,interpretation of environmental justice for the importance of protect the interests of the environment vulnerable groups,and in the process of construction of ecological civilization attaches great importance to the comprehensive scientific assessment of environmental risk,in environmental policy making and implementation aspects of the value of the interest subjects more coordination,which can improve the environment for the residents on real significance,the realization of environmental justice. |
