"Green Miracle"-A Study On Sand Control In Yulin?1949-2015?

Prevention and control of desertification is a social welfare cause,is a long-term struggle of the task.As an important part of ecological construction,which is related to the national economy and people's livelihood,summarizing and analyzing the past experience of preventing and controlling desertification has an important effect on the development of desertification control work in our country and even in the world.Through extensive access to archives,reference to a large number of relevant academic achievements,through investigation,comparative analysis and other methods,this paper finds that Yulin has achieved good results in combating desertification,which is a model for successful control of desertification in semi-arid areas.Therefore,this paper analyzes the measures taken by Yulin after the founding of the people's Republic of China,the main achievements and some existing problems,in order to further understand the Yulin sand control.The introduction describes why Yulin is chosen to study desertification control from three aspects,the significance of the research,introduces the domestic and foreign research status of desertification control,the thinking and the basic framework of the research,The research method adopted and the innovation of this paper.The first part of the article introduces the process of desertification in Yulin,briefly describes the formation and the features of the landscape,and analyses the development and evolution of the desertification in Yulin,the general situation of Yulin,the harm to Yulin,and the causes of the desertification of Yulin.The second part of the article introduces the policies and measures of controlling desertification in Yulin,some policies given by the country,Shaanxi Province and Yulin City for the control of desertification in Yulin,as well as a more detailed exposition of the large-scale state-run farms in Yulin from the 1950 s and 1960 s.Collective large-scale governance in the 1970 s,contracting governance in the 1980 s,and finally the development of the sand industry after the 1990 s,the management of harm and wealth were carried out at the same time.The third part of the article introduces the achievements of Yulin in controlling desertification,not only in ecological and economic aspects,but also in the spirit ofcontrolling desertification in Yulin.Yulin people have formed a set of desertification control techniques with local characteristics since the founding of the people's Republic of China.At the same time,the main experiences of Yulin sand control and some shortcomings of Yulin are introduced.
