Food offering refers to offering to gods or ancestors at a specific time or occasion for sacrifice.The other is processing type,which makes noodles,rice,sugar,vegetables and fruits into different kinds of offerings through artistic creation.The flour,sugar,and flower offerings made of flour,sugar,and fruits and vegetables are the most characteristic food offerings in henan province.With a long history of inheritance,diverse skills,rich forms of expression,and strong functional culture,they are widely distributed in many regions.They are the concentrated embodiment and application of the traditional sacrificial culture in henan province,and are of great regional representative and research value.In this paper,first of all,through the field survey method to deeply investigate the henan food supply technology inheritance more complete region,in the artisan production site to observe the skills,image shooting,written records,henan food supply is divided into face,sugar,flower supply three kinds,respectively summarize the basic situation of face,sugar,flower supply and production technology.Secondly,on the basis of existing literature and artisans' dictation,this paper summarizes the artistic characteristics of henan food supply,mainly from the four aspects of subject matter,shape,color and decoration,and compares the shape and color with other regions.It is concluded that the theme of food supply in henan province is "ritual",which is related to the belief in ghosts and gods and the concept of life and death.Modeling,for "all",to buildings,animals,plants,characters;In terms of color,the pursuit of "beauty",color and the Chinese traditional concept of five colors related to the use of plain advantage,combining craftsman in plain;On adornment,numerous and numerous and orderly,choiceness is exquisite,adornment sex is strong.According to the artistic symbol of the external form of food supply,the function and essential characteristics of food supply in ancestor worship and god worship are investigated,so as to realize the research purpose of seeing the big from the small.Finally,this paper discusses the inheritors,folk activities and industrial development status of food supply in henan province from three aspects,and seeks development strategies for food supply to adapt to the current social environment,so that it can find theintegration point of long-term development between tradition and modernity,machinery and handwork.
