| Compared with onshore wind farms,offshore wind farms have the advantages of not occupying land resources and stabilizing wind energy resources,but their impact on the navigation environment of nearby seas cannot be ignored.In particular,during the construction and operation and maintenance of offshore wind power,it may adversely affect the surrounding natural environment and navigation environment.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the impact on other maritime users before construction.In the Ningde Xiapu Wind Farm planning area selection plan,the proposed route overlap with the Maritime Safety Administration announced that the planned area is in conflict with the ship navigation.Based on the above problems,this paper analyzes the ship type,size and quantity of the ship across the planned area through the AIS trajectory data of the historical ship in Xiapu Sea Area,and analyzes the navigable traffic mode of the ship in Ningde Xiapu area,summarizing the planned area and the customary route of the ship.The main contradiction of conflicts,finally through the literature reading and its own understanding of the research field,choose to use Floyd algorithm programming to optimize the trajectory based on the shortest distance of conflict routes.Through the annual AIS data of Ningde Xiapu waters,the navigation risk of wind farms is analyzed,and the two routes with the most obvious navigation conflicts are optimized.The method for judging the navigation boundary of wind farms at home and abroad is summarized.The original route is calculated by Floyd algorithm.Optimize and suggest other navigational aids for the optimized route.The experiment proves that the optimized route is reduced compared with the original route navigation risk. |
