Accurate and real-time measurement of attitude parameters is a prerequisite for the guiding control of the drilling tool.However,when the guiding shaft is in a rotating or vibrating environment,the output of the inertial sensor that measures the attitude of the guiding tool is affected by the rotational centrifugal acceleration and the vibration acceleration,which causes the measurement signal to be distorted,resulting in an increase in the angle measurement error,resulting in an inaccurate angle measurement.This paper focuses on this dynamic measurement problem,vibration signal processing methods are studied,and the attitude axis attitude dynamic measuring device is developed.The main research results are as follows:1st.The attitude measurement method of drilling tools and its dynamic measurement problems are analyzed.The background and research status of attitude dynamic measurement are studied.2nd.The vibration environment of the downhole is simulated.the relationship between the output signal of JSD-II/C quartz flexible accelerometer and the vibration amplitude,frequency and vibration mode is studied experimentally.The mechanical vibration reduction measure is designed.The experiment shows that the vibration reduction measure is effective,but the vibration interference cannot be completely eliminated.Based on the experimental results,an attitude dynamic measurement system scheme for solving the vibration effects is proposed.3rd.The design of the circuits are completed,such as the attitude dynamic measurement system,digital controller peripheral interface,analog to digital conversion,accelerometer signal processing module,system power supply and other major circuits.The corresponding functional software is developed,and the system is debugged with software and hardware.For the problems exposed during the debugging process,the attitude dynamic measurement system is continuously improved,and the attitude dynamic measuring device is fabricated.4th.The performance test of the tool attitude dynamic measurement system and its function modules is carried out.The test shows that the power supply module is stable,the relationship between the processed accelerometer output signal and the angle is cosine curve trend,and the curve is smooth;the accuracy of the attitude dynamic measurement system can reach one percent,indicating that the measurement system is designed reasonably.The signal processing method is effective,which can achieve dynamic measurement of the attitude angle.The research results in this paper can provide a useful reference for the study of dynamic measurement techniques for directional drilling tools. |
