The rotary steering drilling technology,which can improve the development capacity of the reservoir and reduce drilling costs immensely,has become the most efficient and intelligent automatic drilling technology.The real-time measurement of the downhole drilling tool attitude parameters,which ensures the tool drilling into the target reservoir area accurately according to the predetermined drilling trajectory,is the core element of the precise control of the drilling tool steering.On the basis of the existing drilling attitude measurement theory,a multi-channel data acquisition and processing sysmte for downhole tool attitude measurement is proposed and designed.The main research contents are as follows:1st.The system consists of digital signal processor,whose type is TMS320F2812 with power supply,reset,clock circuit,and signal conditioning circuit,AD sampling module,channel selection circuit,which achieve multi-channel sampling.2nd.The software contains a few of subroutines,such as system initialization,channel selection,interface between AD7981 and DSP,SPI data transmission,and attitude angles correction algorithm.3rd.The angles’error is obtained via the parameters of downhole tools,which can be applied to correct the attitude angles in return.The experimental simulation was based on the TX-3S inclinometer.And the results show that the hardware circuit system is reliable,on which various software functions,consisting of multi-channel data sampling and processing,are performed correctly.The resolution accuracy of the attitude angle is improved significantly.
