With the increasing dependence on foreign oil resources,China needs to make a great improvement in oil exploration and drilling technology as soon as possible,so as to improve the efficiency of independent exploitation.Rotary steerable drilling technology is the most widely used automated drilling technology.Accurate real-time measurement of steering tool attitude parameters(incline,tool face and azimuth,etc.)is the key technology of rotary steerable drilling system.In drilling engineering,aiming at the problems of inaccuracy of attitude parameter measurement caused by a large amount of interference mixed with attitude sensor output signal,and the shortcomings of using PC as the upper computer to observe attitude parameters,an embedded system is proposed to be applied to the attitude measurement of steering drilling tool,and an embedded attitude measurement system of "ARM+DSP" double MCU is designed.The filtering algorithm is added to the system to remove the interference noise and improve the attitude calculation accuracy.The attitude measurement system designed in this paper includes two parts: the attitude acquisition circuit and the man-machine interaction software.The upper computer development platform adopts ARM embedded device Exynos4412 to replace the traditional PC,realizing attitude data reception,Qt human-computer interaction interface display,SQLite3 attitude parameter storage and providing function expansion.The lower computer uses TMS320F28335 as the main controller of attitude acquisition circuit,which is responsible for the fast acquisition,filtering,attitude calculation and attitude parameter transmission of attitude sensor data.In the laboratory environment,the system simulation test with TX-3S inclinometer is carried out to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the system.The experimental results show that the attitude measurement system is stable and reliable,and has good anti-interference ability.The comparison and analysis of the attitude calculation error before and after the filtering show that the filtering algorithm of this system has a good effect and the attitude calculation accuracy is significantly improved.In this paper,the embedded device Exynos4412 is innovatively adopted to replace the traditional PC as the upper computer of the system,and a set of high precision and low cost "ARM+DSP" embedded attitude measurement system is designed.The system has strong practical application value,and can be applied to the field drilling test site by extension.
