Pipelines are one of the most economical,safe and efficient means of transporting oil and gas.Some of China's pipelines have been in service for nearly 30 years and are gradually entering the late stages of the accident.Pipeline leakage can cause huge economic losses and serious ecological pollution.Therefore,it is necessary to perform regular damage detection on the oil pipeline.Transient electromagnetic technology can realize the detection of oil pipeline damage,and has the advantages of high detection precision and simple operation.Based on the theoretical basis of transient electromagnetic,a corrosion detection model for oil pipelines is constructed.The main field signal generated by the electromagnetic probe under excitation and the secondary response signal generated by each layer of medium are analyzed to obtain an induced electromotive force.Electromagnetic probe equation.Based on the sub-theoretical model,the mechanical structure and internal detector of the pipeline transient electromagnetic detection system are designed.The detection process and steps of the complete pipeline transient electromagnetic detection system in line with practical applications are designed.In order to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of transient electromagnetic detection system,a noise suppression method based on auxiliary channel is proposed.By suppressing the noise of the internal detection signal,the damage of the pipe can be more accurately reflected.Aiming at the low detection accuracy of internal probes,an in-tube probe based on eccentric array is designed to accurately locate the corrosion damage area.At the same time,in order to solve the problem of rapid and unstable operation of the detector in the pipeline in the transient electromagnetic method,the electromagnetic response during the dynamic measurement process is analyzed,and the motion compensation of the inner detector is corrected.Finally,the positioning technology of the detector in the pipeline was studied.Complete internal detector internal hardware design,including hardware selection and interface design The STM32 family of embedded microcontrollers is designed for data acquisition,processing and storage.
