| In recent years, oil spills and blowouts have occurred in the drilling process. When a major oil accident occurs,it brings an indelible negative impact on the natural ecological environment. Therefore, when an accident occurs, the specific orientation of the accident well can be accurately and timely positioned, which becomes a problem that is urgently needed to crack the accident well. This article combines the development of related technologies at home and abroad, analyzes relevant theories, and establishes the application of transient electromagnetic detection technology in the detection and positioning of rescue wells. The rescue plan proposed in this paper is: using active detection technology, combining transient electromagnetic detection technology with fluxgate sensors and gravitational acceleration sensors to achieve the purpose of detecting the location information of accident wells.According to the above scheme, this paper first combines the transient electromagnetic theory to establish three-component models with different directions of X,Y,and Z,and derives the correlation between the response signal and the electromagnetic parameters of the rescue well according to Maxwell’s equations, and simulates the rescue through finite element software.Based on the relationship between the downhole excitation signal and the response of the accident well casing response, based on this,it was deduced that the measured transient electromagnetic response signal reversed the azimuth information of the accident well distance, and provided reliable for the transient electromagnetic method of the rescue well.Theoretical basis.Based on the above theory,a prototype of a rescue well transient electromagnetic detection system was designed and developed. In long-distance detection, the accident well information is detected and analyzed by the transient electromagnetic module;in the close-range detection, the combination of the fluxgate sensor and the gravity acceleration sensor is used to detect the accident well;the measured data passes the high-precision analog-to-digital conversion After the chip is converted,it is uploaded to the well signal processing circuit through the remote transmission circuit, and the processed data is visually displayed through the upper computer display interface. For the designed system,a large number of outdoor simulation experiments and field tests were conducted.Experiments have proved that the position information of the casing of the accident well can be visually displayed by measuring the transient electromagnetic response signal, and the transients proposed in this paper are proved.Electromagnetic theory is applied to the detection of rescue wells and can locate the location of accident wells. The simulation of on-site simulated well groups verifies the feasibility of the system prototype and provides reliable technical guidance for locating the rescue wells. |
