In the drilling process of offshore or land platform,when the operation well is out of control and the conventional rescue measures are difficult to implement effectively,the rescue well is one of the effective means to control the blowout accident.Among them,the accurate detection of the relative position between the rescue well and the accident well is the key to implement the rescue.Based on the transient electromagnetic detection technology of rescue well,this paper focuses on the optimization method of transient electromagnetic detection location of rescue well.Based on the principle of transient electromagnetic detection,the transient electromagnetic detection model of rescue well is established,and the theoretical method of transient electromagnetic detection and positioning of rescue well is analyzed.On this basis,the optimization method of transient electromagnetic detection distance of rescue well is studied,the array detection model of rescue well is established,the calibration relationship between relative distance between rescue well and accident well and induced electromotive force is analyzed,and the performance of detection position system of rescue well is further optimized by using finite element simulation software,which can effectively improve the detection accuracy of accident well casing.In addition,the influence of the inclination angle of the rescue well,the relative distance between the two wells and the depth step on the azimuth calculation error is studied,and a real-time azimuth error correction method for the rescue well is proposed,which can adaptively adjust the depth step according to the inclination angle of the rescue well,so as to effectively reduce the azimuth error.Finally,a large number of indoor and outdoor experiments and field drilling tests are carried out on the basis of the optimization method of rescue well electromagnetic detection and positioning.The measured distance curve and optimized azimuth curve are compared with the range azimuth curve obtained by gyroscope test.The test results verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed optimization method of rescue well transient electromagnetic detection and positioning,which can provide reference for the future High connection rate between rescue well and accident well. |
