With the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of urbanization process,the number of fires is increasing,which leads to the increasing number of firemen' casualties.At present,firemen in smoky fire scene mainly rely on traditional lighting equipment such as bright flashlight equipped on fire helmet to observe the fire scene environment,but the disadvantage is that the visual distance is relatively close and the internal information of the fire site cannot be obtained accurately.In order to solve this situation,protect the lives of firemen and improve rescue efficiency,this paper applies AR technology to fire rescue.Through investigation and analysis of the existing fire helmet,we can understand the shortcomings of the existing fire helmet.With AR technology,virtual objects can be added to the real environment and real-time interactive technical features can be used to help firemen carry out firefighting and rescue activities.It can protect the lives of firemen more effectively at the same time of rapid rescue.The main content of this paper is to count the casualties of firemen from the basic situation of the current fire scene,analyze the causes of casualties of firemen,and understand the advantages and disadvantages of the existing fire helmet through visiting and investigating the active firemen.According to the development trend of mobile intelligence nowadays,the feasibility of AR technology in fire rescue is discussed comprehensively and deeply.It is hoped that the intervention of AR technology can protect the life safety of firemen in firefighting and rescue operations.
