Dense dangerous installations and complicated production processes give such characters to chemical park that rapid spread of fire,high accident rate of three-dimensional fire,explosion,etc.Such characters make it difficult to put out a fire in chemical park,especially only relying on fire forces in this park.It becomes a trend that resources are reasonably allocated and deployed among areas.It can ease these problems of inadequate fire supports and reduces overlapping of investment.As a result,resource utilization is improved.This thesis focuses on analysis methodology of fire scene and the loop of fire-fighting and rescue in chemical park,and analyze reasonable resource allocation among areas.The first is the research on the fire scene analysis method in the chemical park,the expansion scenario of the fire and the possible development trend of the fire are studied.The ALOHA software is used to input the initial scene of the fire and the storage situation of the chemical park.The fire is simulated by comparing the heat radiation value generated by the software with a threshold value to determine a tank that may burn the explosion.Secondly,the loop of fire rescue and rescue work model is constructed by combining the calculation formula with Matlab programming.To calculate the fire protection resources needed to save the storage tank fire in the chemical industry park is very important.The fire resources such as water,foam,and dry powder required to save the fire are determined,and then the fire fighting capacity of the fire brigade around the chemical park is understood.Taking the chemical park as the center,the radius that meets the needs of various fire protection resources are calculated.Finally,the calculation process is illustrated by an example,the different tank formulas are classified,and the loss of the foam is taken into account,making the calculation results more accurate.Combined with case analysis and theoretical investigation,it can be seen that on the basis of optimizing the allocation of various fire extinguishing resources,timely and effectively fire fighting and rescue purposes can be achieved.At the same time,it has enhanced the ability to deal with fire accidents in chemical parks.
