| The CNC system of the wire cutting machine is built on the EDM machine and provides the user with a complete set of functions for designing and machining the workpiece.As a bridge between the operator and the machine tool,the CNC system needs to let the user intuitively understand the machining situation of the CNC machine tool.The traditional high-delay,low-stability,high-loss,low-automation CNC system is difficult to meet the requirements of modern industrial processing.The high preci-sion requirements of the workpiece and the requirements for low loss of machining,so it is necessary to develop a CNC system with low delay,intuitive interface,stable,low loss,high operability and high degree of automation.This thesis is based on the requirements of modern industrial circles on the CNC system of wire-cutting machine tools.Compared with the existing CNC system of wire-cutting machine tools,this paper proposes a design and development aspect for the shortcomings of the traditional CNC system for wire-cutting machine tools.The solution for the CNC system of the wire cutting machine.The main work of this thesis is as follows:In view of the weak scalability of the traditional CNC system and the confusion of the system structure,the system adopts a modular design structure,starting from the user interface module,communication and control module and automatic positioning module,each of which is introduced in detail.The design and implementation of the module;for the high-latency,unstable processing of the traditional CNC system,the system uses a mature and stable digi-tal signal processor(DSP)and field programmable gate array(FPGA)complementary model in the hardware.The design improves the stability of the system.The commu-nication uses the host to communicate with the host through the CAN-BUS bus.The upper and lower computer communicate with each other through the PC/104 bus and the dual port RAM.The controller expansion interface supports serial and three-wire.The eight-coded communication method is compatible with the analog power amplifier circuit and digital pulse module on the market,which reduces the delay of the overall system.For the problem of low automation of the traditional CNC system,the user is provided with automatic realization of common functions,designed and realized.An automatic positioning module provides users with edge finding,hole finding center,and finding Center,find the center of the cylinder,the interior angle positioning,po-sitioning the outer corner,and return to find the vertical implement functions such as origin,improve the automation of the system.Since the system was put into operation,the system was stable,the number of system crashes is low,the user has strong operability,the delay is low,the processed workpiece has high precision,and the processing loss is low.The automatic opera-tion saves the operator’s mental and physical activity and satisfies that need for CNC systems in enterprises and factories. |
