With the development of the technology of numerical control,the open system ofnumerical control has become an important develop direction.As an important part of the open system of numerical control,the study and development of motion control board also get gradually to pay attention.In the co-development of the NC multiple function machine tools with the enterprise,it is found that some kinds of popular motion control boards on market have rich and powerful function,but they could not meet the requirements in the aspect of the high speed and high precision,this paper aims at studying and developing a motion control board that have the former function.First,in view of the speed,precision and timeliness of the NC multiple function machine tools,and to compare each kind of movement control card design proposal,the paper has chosen based on the PCI-bus "DSP+FPGA"the overall project design.this kind of plan both has used the FPGA fruitful in resources and DSP fully to the digital signal high speed processing function,and has used the PCI-bus high speed transmission function,has achieved the movement control card performance requirement which the topic needs.Then,from the angle of application,this paper designs the hardware of the motion control board,including:the minimum system DSP chip design and motion control interface circuit design,the design of the peripheral circuit integrated modular(FPGA).this paper also study and design the interference rejection.At last,this paper carries out the major function tests of the motion control board,and the test results show that this board can realize above functions completely,it'scontrol precision reaches design requirements,and it's performance is stabilized.
