Research On The Effect Evaluation Of Green Poverty Reduction Based On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization In Lvliang Contiguous Destitute Areas

In the critical period of poverty alleviation,it is crucial to achieve a win-win situation of precision poverty alleviation and ecological environmental protection.Green poverty reduction is a poverty alleviation method that conforms to new development concepts,and is an important way to achieve high quality development in economically underdeveloped areas.Lvliang contiguous destitute areas are characterized by weak industrial development,fragile ecological environment,low level of social public services,and arduous task of poverty alleviation.Therefore,the study on the evaluation and promotion of green poverty alleviation in Lvliang contiguous destitute areas has important reference significance for achieving sustainable development in deep poverty areas.Based on the definition of green poverty reduction,this paper uses qualitative and quantitative research methods to analyze the green poverty reduction effect in Lvliang contiguous destitute areas.The innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)The green poverty reduction theory system was proposed,and the regional green poverty reduction effect evaluation index system was constructed.(2)It is the first to carry out the research on the spatial differentiation characteristics of the green poverty alleviation effect in Lvliang contiguous destitute areas.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,under the background of The construction of ecological civilization,from the four dimensions of Economic Greening Degree,Resource Utilization &Environmental Protection Degree,Social Development Capacity,Poverty Reduction Effect to constructed the evaluation index system and evaluation model of green poverty alleviation effect in Lvliang contiguous destitute areas.And the weights were determined by standard deviation and entropy method.Secondly,to analyze the green poverty alleviation effect of the county units in Lvliang contiguous destitute areas.The empirical results show that the effect of green poverty alleviation was increasing year by year,and counties in different dimensions were different.Thirdly,using the systemclustering method to cluster the ecological green poverty reduction index.The 20 counties are divided into four types of areas.Fourthly,according to the research results,the suggestions for improving the green poverty reduction effect in Lvliang contiguous destitute areas are proposed.
