With the increasing scarcity of mineral resources,leading to a marked deepening of the world energy crisis,the separation and purification of fine,miscellaneous and fine grained ores are the urgent problems to be solved in the present stage.Because of the characteristics of simple structure,high efficiency and energy saving,obvious superiority of micro-particle flotation and superior selection index,the flotation column has become a widely used beneficiation technology.In order to increase the utilization of useful components in the ore and the concentrate grade,the cost is also reduced to achieve optimal control of the flotation column.The control variables that need to be used during the flotation process are flotation slurry pH,flotation dose,flotation column level and flotation column aeration,and there is an urgent need for a non-contact level measurement method for flotation column technology.First,current research status of flotation is reviewed.On the basis of that,flotation column liquid measurement method is briefly introduced through flotation column structure diagram and simple model.In addition,the basic principles of traditional liquid level gauge are described respectively from the point of contact and non-contact.Second,based on the propagation theory of acoustic wave two-phase flow media,a non-contact liquid level measurement system is designed based on audio signal hardware acquisition module and signal analysis processing module.The acquisition system starts from the digital recording technology and proposes the overall framework and ideas of the audio acquisition system.The MX6394 decoder chip is used to realize acoustic wave reception,and peripheral circuits such as the microphone circuit,power amplifier module,and memory module are designed,and the USB interface CH341 chip is used to implement and implement the external circuit.Machine data communication.In addition,the analysis system uses MATLAB simulation platform to design a hardware acquisition and virtual audio signal analysis system with high sampling accuracy and moderate sampling frequency as a host computer,and realize functions such as audio playback,analysis and operation,and file export.The user can observe the collected raw signal in the waveform display window,and process the original signal input signal analysis module.At this time,the processed waveform is observed through the display window,and the frequency change caused by the change of the liquid level can be visually observed.Finally,combining the hardware and software design,the entire test liquid level system was set up,and the feasibility,reliability,and accuracy of the flotation column liquid level measurement system were experimentally verified and the experimental results were obtained.A method for the use of non-contact flotation columns was proposed.The full text was summarized and the future work was prospected.
