At present, as the development of our country, the energy issue has been much more seriously, which has become the major issue in the world. Recently, the use ratio of the resource has been improved at a certain extent, but it is still behind the developed countries. And in order to advance the energy revolution, improve the precision and efficiency of the mineral separation, and promote the research in the technology of mineral separation, the improving in the automation level of the equipments will play an important role in that of the experimental effect, and it will be a significant process to provide better strategies to alleviate the energy crisis. In order to guarantee the experiment in the future, it is significant to improve the automation level of the flotation experiment platform.In this paper, the subject for design is flotation experiment in the Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of the Kunming University of science and technology. And the flotation experiment control platform, with the function of acquisition, processing and control for data, will be designed to improve the capability of the real-time monitoring, with the function of automation and manual adjustment, and at the meanwhile, it can adapt to the test environment, and the overall demand also can be met.The system platform can realize the purpose of the real-time monitoring-control of the data, and the sensors and S7-200 PLC are chose to improve the stability of the system. In the feedback control, the control algolithm of PID will be adopted to realize the feedback control for the peristaltic pump, improving the system stability, realizing the control for the liquid level, and keep it stable in the process. And in the process of the system construction, the stepper motors will be used to adjust the pumps, and for this reason, the control accuracy of the system will be improved.This paper design the control system for the experiment platform of the floatation column, based on the technological characteristics. Then realize the design of the PC friendly man-machine system, with software of force control, and ensure the real-time control for the flotation experiment. |
