| Based on theoretical research and literature research,this paper takes industrial enterprises above designated size as the research object,and builds 30 provinces(Except Tibet Autonomous Region,Taiwan Province,Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,Macao Special Administrative Region)by using Stata12.0 software by constructing a dynamic panel model of environmental regulation impact on green technology innovation.Panel data of industrial enterprises above designated size in 2011-2016,using the SYS-GMM two-step method to empirically study the impact of environmental regulations on corporate green technology innovation.Firstly,30 provinces were selected as research objects to examine the impact of environmental regulation on green product innovation and green process innovation from a national perspective.Secondly,30 provinces were divided into eastern,central and western regions,and research environmental regulations were different.The impact of regional enterprise green product innovation and green process innovation.Through the above analysis,the following conclusions are obtained.And on this basis,put forward corresponding policy recommendations.The research shows that:(1)The intensity of environmental regulation has different differences in the improvement of green product innovation and green process innovation capability.Environmental regulation has a promoting effect on the improvement of corporate green process innovation capability,and it has a lagging effect on the promotion of corporate green product innovation,which verifies the correctness of the “Porter Hypothesis”.In addition,environmental regulation has regional differences in corporate green product innovation and green process innovation.(2)After introducing foreign direct investment,the human capital of control variables is significantly positively correlated with the innovation of green products of enterprises,and human capital has obvious promotion effect on green technology innovation of enterprises.In addition,human capital has regional differences in corporate green product innovation and green process innovation.(3)Foreign direct investment has positively promoted the technological innovation of green products;it has negatively inhibited the innovation of green technology,but its effect is not significant.In addition,foreign direct investment has regional differences in corporate green product innovation and green process innovation.(4)The scale of the enterprise has promoted the innovation of green products and the innovation of green technology,and the effect on the innovation of green products is more obvious.From the results of sub-regional regression,whether it is environmental regulation and green product innovation or green process innovation,the expansion of enterprise scale will promote the improvement of green technology innovation capability.According to the research results of this paper,we propose targeted policy recommendations from three levels: government,industry and enterprise. |
