In recent years,the downward pressure on the economy has increased,and the tobacco industry is facing outstanding problems such as overcapacity,scattered layout,and insufficient innovation capability.Beijing Tobacco Company faces a series of challenges,such as population deconstruction,eight regulations of austerity,restriction of three public consumptions,tax raising,new advertising law,smoking control and special environment.In passive and severe situation,the company continued to face difficulties and ensured the continued stable development of the cigarette market.After the storm,it achieved a smooth transition.In this situation,the construction of cigarette channels is an important part of it,and the channel strategy has played an important role.The cigarette retail terminal is the end of the cigarette sales channel and is the key point to realize the value of the cigarette product.Therefore,choosing the right channel strategy and strengthening the construction of retail terminals is especially important for enterprise development.Based on the status quo of retail tenninal construction of Beijing Tobacco Company and combined with the analysis of the environment of channel strategy,the research of retail terminal construction and cigarette commodity supply policy,the thesis summarizes the highlights of channel strategy and the experience that channel strategy can be popularized.The target of the thesis is taking telecom operators as an example to explore the channel optimization strategy which can solve problems faced by telecom operators.
