China is one of the largest countries to produce cigarettes in the world,and it is also a big consumer cigarette industry.Tobacco industry plays an important role in the development of national economy.In recent years,with the continuous development and progress of the tobacco industry,the tobacco market consumer demand and brand development have also changed greatly,and the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.In this environment,marketing channels become the key to tobacco companies competition,companies must actively reform,adapt to changes in the environment,not only strengthen sales channels.Especially in the rural market,marketing environment is more complex,the difficulty and the difficulty of cigarette marketing more,must grasp the rural development direction of cigarette retail market,to promote the rural market to achieve a virtuous cycle of the sales situation,so as to better promote the development of the tobacco industry in china.This paper mainly analyzes the construction of rural retail customer channels in Tai,an tobacco companies,analyzes the problems existing in the construction of rural retail customer channels,and puts forward countermeasures according to the problems.The research and analysis of this article mainly adopts the methods of literature collection and questionnaire survey to analyze the related content of this research topic,and provide sufficient information for the writing of this paper.At the same time in the study to the construction of the innovation of this study--rural retail customer channels,from the actual development of rural construction strategy analysis of tobacco retail channels,so as to better promote the construction of the Taitan tobacco companies of rural retail customers.This paper consists of 5 parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background,significance,methods and innovations;the second part mainly analyzes the tobacco companies of Tai’an rural market marketing environment,analysis from the macro environment,the external environment and market demand;analysis of tobacco companies of Tai’an rural retail customer channel construction present situation and existing problems of the main third parts.The problems from the aspects of operation management,information communication and analysis;the fourth part mainly analyzes the rural retail customer channel construction strategy;finally to summarize and put forward the development direction of the tobacco companies of Tai’an rural retail customer channel construction in the future,to better promote the development of tobacco companies.
