With the aggravation of economic globalization,China's opening to the outside world is gradually enlarging.While the tobacco industry is developing rapidly,it is also facing severe challenges such as international competition and tobacco control.Under the restriction of the tobacco monopoly system in our country,it is difficult for tobacco enterprises to innovate in the retail terminal management mode,and the end-users will win the world.This undoubtedly reduces the competitiveness of our tobacco industry in the domestic and foreign cigarette market.Therefore,it is urgent for tobacco companies to take this as a breakthrough point and do a good job in the construction of the cigarette retail terminal in an all-round way to achieve diversified development and actively respond to challenges from all sides of the world.This paper takes xiangtan tobacco company cigarette retail terminal management as the research object,combines theory and practice closely,discusses the construction of retail terminal management strategy.Firstly,this paper focuses on the research background,related theories and literature review to provide theoretical support for further research.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of cigarette retail terminal management,and analyzes its existing problems,such as terminal management efficiency is too low and control is not strict;Terminal brand image is too poor,no specific maintenance standards;Terminal functional management is not centralized,and the coverage is relatively limited;Neglect terminal customer relationship maintenance,development of existing b ottlenecks.Then,using the modern retail terminal management method,this paper constructs the management strategy of the cigarette retail terminal from five aspects: the choice of retail terminal type,brand image creation,terminal function service init iatives,terminal supervision and control,and customer relationship management.And set up a scientific and reasonable security system for the implementation of the strategic plan,namely,organizational security,system security,human resources security and so on.The cigarette retail terminal management strategy developed in this paper further enhances the company's competitiveness and reduces the management cost of the retail terminal.At the same time,it provides a reference for the construction of r etail terminal management strategies of tobacco companies at all levels of the country,and has certain theoretical and practical significance for terminal management scholars.
