Engineering Design Research Of Zhangcun River Water Purification Plant In Qingdao City

Licun River sewage system includes Licun River and Zhangcun River sewage systems,covering the city’s north,Licang and Laoshan District,the total service area of about 124 square kilometers.With the economic development of Qingdao,the adjustment of industrial layout and the change of urban land use,the sewage volume of Licun River Basin is increasing rapidly.The sewage treatment capacity of the lower reaches of Licun River is restricted because of the limited land use,and the water pollution of river network has not been thoroughly eradicated.The resulting water pollution problem can not meet the urban development needs of Qingdao,seriously affecting the city image of Qingdao.The construction of Zhangcun River Water Quality Purification Plant will effectively improve the sewage treatment capacity of the entire Licun River Basin.Because of the shortage of land around Zhangcun River basin,it is difficult to determine the site of water purification plant,which is the main restriction factor of the design of this project.Based on the actual land use situation and the whole Zhangcun River Basin,Laoshan District insists on the integration of"environment,resources and ecology",the goal of"high standard and high starting point"and the requirement of"innovation and realism",adapts to the development trend of higher and higher discharge standards in the whole country,and establishes a perfect urban sewage harvesting system.The collection and treatment system will protect and improve the water environment quality of Zhangcun River,gradually realize the effective utilization of water resources,and further implement sludge reduction,stabilization and resource utilization.After a comprehensive and systematic demonstration and comparison of technical and economic comparisons,the main findings of the application report are as follows:1.Qingdao Zhangcun River Water Quality Purification Plant is located to the west of Qingyin Expressway and the North Bank of Zhangcun River.The treatment scale is40,000 m³/d.2.The effluent quality of Qingdao Zhangcun River Water Quality Purification Plant meets the first-class A standard of"Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plant","Water Quality for Recreational Landscape and Environmental Water for Urban Sewage Reclamation and Utilization","Water Quality Reform for Provincial River Section by Qingdao Environmental Protection Bureau"in2015 Specific water quality indicators:CODcr≤40mg/L,BOD₅≤6mg/L,SS≤10mg/L,NH₃-N≤2mg/L,TN≤15mg/L,TP≤0.5mg/L,E.coli≤500/L,and color≤30.3.The wastewater treatment process adopts MBR process and sodium hypochlorite disinfection method;the tail water is discharged into Zhangcun River as landscape water supply;the sludge is treated by mechanical dewatering,and the sludge is transported to the government for unified treatment after dewatering;the odor is treated by the three-stage deodorization method of whole process deodorization with biological deodorization and ionic deodorization,and the tail gas is centralized.Discharge through high altitude of exhaust tower.
