| Sewage treatment engineering is not only a basic project in the process of urban development,At the same time,it plays an important role in the development of the whole city,whether in the infrastructure construction,and in the control of water pollution,waste water treatment of related engineering not only has a positive role in the construction,and play an important role in urban operation.However,in the construction and operation of the whole sewage treatment project,there are many factors that can affect its construction effect.Therefore,the selection of sewage treatment process scheme is particularly important,especially in the aspects of operation performance and cost,which need our attention.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of sewage treatment scheme,in the process of sewage treatment engineering design needs to have certain standards:adjust measures to local conditions,and Effective combination of the concept of treatment and sewage characteristics,effective choice relatively reasonable and scientific process and thus help to run for the optimal processing plan implementation.In this paper,a sewage treatment plant project in the south of our city was studied,including the analysis and determination of water quality and quantity of sewage treatment plant,the selection and analysis of process scheme.According to the development planning of our city,three methods,namely,the per capita comprehensive domestic water consumption index method,the unit construction land use index method and the different nature of land use water consumption index method,were adopted to reasonably predict the water supply in this area,and the design scale of a sewage treatment plant was determined to be 140,000 m3/d.Combined with the inlet water quality of domestic treatment plants of similar scale and referring to the inlet water quality of municipal sewage treatment plants,the inlet water quality of a sewage treatment plant in our city was determined to be SS=200mg/L,BOD5=180mg/L,COD=400mg/L,NH43N=30mg/L,TP=4mg/L.After A sewage treatment plant effluent discharged into the surrounding irrigation canals and added water in river water in order to improve the landscape,the forward according to water quality requirements,the parts used in industrial production water back,determine treatment effluent water quality to achieve the urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard(GB 18918-2002)level 1 A emission standards:SS=l0mg/L,the BOD5=l0mg/L,COD=50 mg/L,NH4-N=5 mg/L,TP=0.5 mg/L.Combined with the actual situation of a sewage treatment plant and the design requirements,through the secondary treatment process of wastewater treatment plant,the depth of the processing technology and the analysis and comparison of sludge treatment process,identified the"constant water level sequencing batch type activated sludge method(CWSBR process)+dynamic flow sand filter,ultraviolet disinfection system+mechanical concentrated sludge dewatering process in wastewater treatment plant.On the basis of this scheme,the design parameters optimization and design calculation of each treatment structure are carried out,and the design of construction drawing is completed.With constant water level sequencing batch type activated sludge method process(CWSBR process)as the secondary treatment process,the dynamic flow sand filter as A tertiary treatment and ultraviolet disinfection system for secondary water depth processing,can make the process effluent water reached the urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard(GB18918-2002)level 1 A emission standards,to meet the design requirements of the plant,at the same time can provide reference for other similar wastewater treatment plant design.After the construction of sewage treatment planted,it will largely reduce the pollution of sewage to the environment,scientifically and rationally maintain the ecological environment,and meanwhile create a quality investment environment,which is convenient for attracting investment and promoting the sustainable development of urban economy... |
