Research On The Construction Of Environmental Protection Social Organization Capacity Under The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization Construction

Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the government has proposed to vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization,give priority to the construction of ecological civilization,and promote the formation of a new pattern of modernization of harmonious development between man and nature.The party's 19 th national congress called for accelerating the reform of the ecological system and building a beautiful China.We will work hard to resolve outstanding environmental problems and build a multi-dimensional environmental governance system featuring "jointly built,jointly made and Shared" with the government as the leading force,enterprises as the main body,and social organizations and the public participating.As an important force in the construction of ecological civilization,environmental protection social organizations can further mobilize social forces to participate in environmental protection,widely strengthen the propaganda of the concept of ecological civilization education,better build a platform with the government and enterprises to promote the research and development of environmental protection technology,actively participate in environmental governance,and carry out environmental protection supervision.Based on this,environmental protection social organizations should strengthen capacity building,fully improve their own governance level within the organization,provide more professional,high-quality and branded environmental protection services,improve the level of resource utilization,actively expand the ways of social cooperation with foreign countries,so as to better participate in social governance and ecological civilization construction.This paper takes the capacity building of environmental protection social organizations as the entry point.What is innovative is to analyze the capacity building problems of environmental protection social organizations from the perspectives of external development,service provision and internal governance.Paper is divided into five parts,follow the "environmental protection social organization ability construction of the basic situation of hangzhou-hangzhou environmental protection social organization capability construction problem analysis-environmental protection social organization capability cultivation countermeasure" writing logical train of thought,focusing on the following research: first,after reading related literature survey was designed on the basis of questionnaire and interview outline,in hangzhou environmental protection social organizations as the empirical research object of this article,through the questionnaire survey and interviews to analyze environmental current situation of the construction of social organizations.Secondly,it identifies the problems existing in capacity building of environmental protection social organizations of different levels of development in hangzhou through empirical investigation,and classifies them according to the dimensions of capacity building.Thirdly,based on the actual situation of questionnaire survey and interview in hangzhou,this paper analyzes the problems existing in capacity building of environmental protection social organizations and puts forward corresponding cultivation countermeasures,so as to provide practical guidance for furtherstrengthening the capacity building of environmental protection social organizations.
