Study On The Same Color Dyeing Process And Mechanism Of Silk-interwoven Fabric

Silk is a natural protein fiber,known as the "Fiber Queen",its soft,elegant appearance and the inner quality of skin care and health care are well received by the public.However,silk fabrics are less dimensionally stable,wrinkle-prone,and expensive.In this context,silk-containing interwoven fabrics that retain the excellent properties of silk and impart new characteristics to silk fabrics have emerged as a result,attracting widespread attention from consumers.Nylon fiber has a soft hand and excellent elasticity and strength.The interweaving of silk and nylon can combine the advantages of the two fibers while reducing the cost of the silk fabric,and overcome the shortcomings of poor dimensional stability and wrinkle of the silk fabric.At present,the dyeing process for silk/nylon interwoven fabrics is not mature.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the same-color dyeing process and mechanism of silk/nylon fabric.Eco-Wash wool is a new type of shrink-proof wool that is descaled by the ozone method.It has the advantages of good anti-shrinkage and wrinkle resistance and no prickle.Silk(raw silk,cooked silk)and Eco-Wash wool interwoven fabrics,combined with the soft luster of silk and the excellent elasticity of wool,have broad market prospects.Although silk and Eco-Wash wool belong to the same protein fiber,they have great differences in composition,structure and dyeing properties,and there are major problems in homochromaticity.The same color dyeing process and mechanism of silk/Eco-Wash wool reactive dyes are studied.Important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,the technical problems of one-bath dyeing of three kinds of interwoven fabrics such as silk/nylon fabric,raw silk/Eco-Wash wool fabric and cooked silk/Eco-Wash wool fabric were studied in depth.The optimization of dyeing process and the development of the same color leveling agent can adjust the distribution of dyes between different fibers,so that the fabrics can achieve the same color effect.At the same time,the same color dyeing mechanism of the three fabrics is studied and analyzed.Concluded as follow:The silk/nylon fabric is made of acidic N-GW type and neutral S-G type dye,and the same color leveling agent N can obtain excellent homochromaticity.The homochromatic balance value K is between 0.9 and 1.1,and the compatibility is good.The suitable dyeing process is: dye 1%(o.w.f),same color leveling agent N 2 ~ 3%(o.w.f),pH value 4,85 ° C * 60 min;after fixing,the fabric soaping fastness can reach 4-5.The same color mechanism is: the same color leveling agent N and the acidic,neutral dyes are moderately aggregated,so that the K/S value of the relatively compact nylon dyeing is reduced;on the other hand,the same color leveling agent N adsorbs the nylon fiber with a negative Zeta potential.The increase in value and the greater repulsive force between the dyes facilitate the same color dyeing.The raw silk/Eco-Wash wool fabric is made of 13 kinds of double-reactive reactive dyes such as monochlorotriazine-vinylsulfone and monofluoro-triazinevinylsulfone,and is matched with the same color leveling agent F to obtain excellent color-matching effect.The homochromatic balance value K is between 0.9 and 1.1,the soaping fastness is ?4,and the raw silk dissolution rate is <2%.The suitable dyeing process is: dye 1%(o.w.f),same color leveling agent F 0.4%(o.w.f),Sodium Sulfate 40 g / L,90 ° C dyeing,heat preservation 60 min.The same color mechanism is: adding the same color leveling agent F,which helps to improve the Zeta potential of Eco-Wash wool and raw silk,but the Eco-Wash wool has a larger increase,making the reactive dye easier to dye and combine with Eco-Wash wool.Thereby improving the coloration of dyeing.The cooked silk/Eco-Wash wool fabric is made of 13 kinds of double reactive reactive dyes such as monochlorotriazine-vinylsulfone and bischlorodiazine,and is mixed with the same color leveling agent R to obtain excellent color-matching effect.The balance value K is between 0.9 and 1.1.The process has good adaptability,the soaping fastness is ?4 and the wool is fully translucent.The suitable dyeing process is: dye 1%(o.w.f),same color leveling agent R 3%(o.w.f),Sodium Sulfate 60 g / L,65 ° C dyeing,heat preservation 70 min.The same color mechanism is: the same color leveling agent R has higher adsorption rate on Eco-Wash wool than the mature yarn,which leads to lower Zeta potential of Eco-Wash wool and greater repulsive force with reactive dyes.Eco-Wash wool dyeing K/S The decrease in the value is advantageous for the same color dyeing of the fabric.
