| Phosphate rock is one of the most common and widely used chemical raw materials.It is the main source of phosphorous chemical products.Phosphorus is not lack in the most common chemical fertilizer,food additives and so on.Although the reserves of phosphate rock in China are large,the phosphate rock in China is not rich enough,and the distribution is concentrated.With the continuous development of China’s economy,the demand for phosphate ore has also increased.The exploitation and utilization of phosphate ore also reduced the easily selected ores,and more and more refractory ores were selected.The refractory ores were mainly low-grade phosphate rock.With the improvement of flotation technology,the development of new flotation reagents is imminent.In this paper,a new anionic collector was synthesized from vegetable oil residue and applied to the flotation of actual minerals.By analyzing the process mineralogy of three ores in Yunnan,Guizhou and Hubei,the best flotation process has been determined,and a good flotation index has been obtained.Through the determination of ZETA potential and contact angle,as well as a series of verification experiments,such as infrared spectrum analysis and pure mineral micro flotation experiment,the principle of flotation is expounded.The results of the study are as follows:(1)the sulfated fatty acid collector has been synthesized and characterized by IR.It has been proved that the obtained product is the target product and applied to the flotation of minerals.(2)to different properties of the phosphate rock,through single factor experiment,the flotation reagent system was determined.Using sulfonyl fatty acid and the existing agent flotation,all the good indexes of the concentrate of more than 30% of the concentrate of the concentrate of pentoxide and the Magnesium Oxide 2% were obtained.(3)through the determination of pure mineral,it is found that sulfonyl collectors can play the greatest sorting property between pH4-5,and through the determination of ZETA potential,the electrical change of the mineral surface under different pH conditions is understood,and the contact angle of the action of the agent and the ore is measured. |
