Hogwash oil is the main source of the illegal cooking oil.As the resource utilization of the eat hutch waste and the continuous improvement of the harmless treatment technology and the continuous expansion of the scope of the pilot,the utilization of hogwash oils also more and more arouse the extensive solicitude of people.Hogwash oils prepare into fatty acid collector(H-F for short)not only can remove threat to food safety and human body health thoroughly,and to promote the utilization value of hogwash oils.The functional groups and components of the hogwash oils from different areas were determined using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FIIR)spectra analysis,the hogwash oils from Beijing,Qingdao,and Dongguan were mainly vegetable oils while the hogwash oil from Ordos was mainly consisted of animal oils.The flotation indexes of the fatty acid collectors which were prepared through physical impurity,saponification,extraction,acidification and washing of hogwash oil were better than those collectors which were used for production for phosphate ore flotation.And the flotation indexes of the modified fatty acid collectors were better than those collectors which were used for production for the reverse flotation for desilication of rough concentrate by magnetic separation.The results of the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)analysis showed that the contents of the H-FB,H-FQ,and H-FD collectors were mainly unsaturated fatty acids as mainly oleic and linoleic acids?which prepared by the hogwash oils from Bei.jing.Qingdao and Dongguan and the units contents of the oleic and linoleic acids in these three collectors were(0.269g and 0.295g,0.259g and 0.283g.0.293g and 0.301g.respectively.The H-FO collector prepared by the hogwash oil from Ordos contained more saturated fatty acids which were mainly palmitic and stearnc acids.the units contents of the palmitic and stearic acids were 0.3528 and 0 331g.The results of the quartz crystal microbalance(QCM-D)indicated that the adsorption characteristics of the H-FO collector was similar to palmitic acids and that of the H-FB collector was similar to linoleic acids.The H-FB collector had a larger adsorption capacity.faster adsorption rate,and stronger adsorption structure on apatite surface thus had a better adsorption performance than the H-FO collector.The concentrates grade and recovery of the open circuit test of the H-FB,H-FQ,and H-FD collectors for phosphate ore flotation were 31.26%to 32.02%and 90.86%to 91.52%,respectively.The concentrates grade and recovery of the open circuit test of the H-FBS,H-FQS,and H-FDS collectors which were modified by the H-FB,H-FQ,and H-FD collectors for the reverse flotation for desilication of rough concentrate by magnetic separation were 65.78%to 68.39%and 64.89%to 65.21%,respectively.The concentrates grade and recovery of the open circuit test of the H-FO,collector for phosphate ore flotation were 27.56%and 94.21%.The concentrates grade and recovery of the open circuit test of the H-FOS which was modified by the H-FO collector for the reverse flotation for desilication of rough concentrate by magnetic separation was 63.21%and 68.43%.The results of the phosphate ore flotation and the reverse flotation of rough concentrate by magnetic separation revealed that the selectivity of the H-FB.H-FQ.H-FD unsaturated fatty acids collectors are better than the H-FO saturated fatty acids collector,which provides the reference for the preparation of fatty acids collectors by the hogwash oils.
