A Risk Management Research On Expansion Project Of PT Flour Factory

Flour industry is the People's livelihood industry,but also the country has continued to be the focus of this industry.With the progress of technology,the growth of demand and the change of consumption structure,the flour industry develops rapidly in the last ten years.But from the beginning of 2014,the industry has a serious surplus,and factory conditions,equipment level and technical capacity were clearly insufficient;Energy consumption was tremendous;the industry began to enter the integration phase.The old factory eliminated,and the new plant construction.At this stage,the construction projects in flour factory have started with advanced design ideas and advanced technology,and the design capacity of.these plants is often very large.The risk of the project significantly increased,so the people more and more attention to the risk management of the project.This article studies the application of risk management in the project,combined with the actual situation of construction project in PT flour factory.First,the article introduces the risk management theory,and briefly introduces the situation and risk management in this project;second,studies the risk management through risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and risk control.The article focuses on risk identification and risk assessment:this article identifies risk factors for the construction projects in PT flour factory,through the expert investigation;and assesses important risk factors through the use of fuzzy synthetic evaluation and AHP.Finally,according to the results of risk assessment,this article puts forward the countermeasures,and develops methods and systems for risk control.It is better to serve the project that studies on risk management of the construction project in PT flour factory,effective control the risk factors,reduce or avoid the various problems of the project.With the scientific method and theoretical knowledge into practice,the article provides references for solving practical problems,and provides a reliable basis for project decision.At the same time,the article accumulates management experience,and provides research methods for the similar projects.
