| With LH company’s continuous development,the demand of expanding the production scale is prominent gradually,but the existing site is difficult to satisfy the requirement of expanding production.Of regional planning at the same time,the government readjust,LH nature of the company’s production and business operation does not conform to the region function orientation.LH,therefore,the company needs to be the site of factory relocation,satisfy the requirement of expanding the scale of production,continuously improve the efficiency of the company.But environmental risks,"the technology remold project of relocation compensation and project cost risk,and many other risks,only to accurate identification,risk assessment,reasonable response,to achieve the project goals.In this paper,the move may be produced in the process of risk identification,and accuracy assessment,risk transfer,risk reserve and risk mitigation strategies and specific control measures,can effectively reduce the relocation project risk,thereby advancing the relocation project implementation,has the important practical significance.Thesis on the basis of combing research literature at home and abroad,analysis of project risk management connotation,the project risk characteristics,classification,elaborates the content such as risk management requirements,clear project risk management process and methods of project management tools.Further analysis company site relocation project overview,carding company development situation,this paper expounds the main contents,goal and the site of factory relocation project organization,basic requirements and analysis of project risk management planning.On this basis,using the SWOT analysis method to clear the relocation project risk identification,risk identification process is determined,risk checklist as the main method to identify the different dimensions of risk events.At the same time,the probability of project risk,prioritization,classification and urgency of evaluating qualitative analysis,using the monte carlo simulation method to the level of risk,risk event probability and risk matrix to quantitative evaluation.To further determine the risk response plan and specific coping strategies,the implementation risk monitoring.Study found that in terms of probability of project risk,project risk control and the incidence of the commercial credit risk is higher,and human resource risk probability is low;In terms of project risk level,the natural disaster risk rank highest,relocation compensation risk is relatively high,project controls the lowest risk ratings,For active risk risk acceptance and risk can be used in resolving strategy,downside risks,threats,can adopt the strategy of risk transfer and risk aversion,emergency can adopt the strategy of risk reserves,etc.Paper can forecast the possibility of occurrence of a risk in the process of relocation project implementation and consequences,determine the risk coping strategies,LH company can establish risk plan,provided security for the relocation project implementation,has important application value. |
