Research On Schedule Plan And Control In Construction Project Of Baochem Area Digital Factory

Under dual background of Made in China 2025 Strategy and severe situation for iron and steel industry,it is inevitable to promote intellectualize equipment management.Digital factory construction could help Baochem to realize effective management for equipment in variety of types and specifications,thus increasing operation efficiency and market competition.Project management theory and method have been adopted into the practice of industrial areas,but it’s the first time to apply them to digital factory construction and plant information management.So it is the key for the project to make a detailed and reasonable schedule and to control the schedule effectively.Based on the studies to basic theories and documents about project schedule plan and control at home and abroad,the thesis analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of construction project of Baochem area digital factory.Then,after work breakdown structure and responsibility assignment,critical path will be found,scientific project schedule plan will be drawn up reasonably and improved in method of network plan optimized theory according to sequential order and time estimation of all the tasks.The thesis sets project buffer and feeding buffers by valuing the time for each step with certain chances,thus proposing a project reference plan and laying a foundation for project control.On the basis of customized schedule control process of digital factory construction for Baochem area,associated with safeguard measures in aspects of management,resources,contracts and economy,project schedule plan is controlled in method of dynamic tracking,variance analysis and adjustments for changes,in order that project schedule satisfy time requirements.Finally,the thesis summarizes the practical situation,to which relevant theories and methods are applied,as well as direction for improvement,which will help set up template for digital factory construction projects in other areas of Baosteel with the adoption of the project management theories related to project schedule plan and control.
