Large gyratory crusher is widely used in the primary crushing assignments of mining industry.Productivity is an important index for measuring crusher performance.Under the premise of product quality,a common purpose of user and manufacturer is improving the crusher productivity.This article regards PXF6089 type gyratory crusher of Northern Heavy Industries as the analysis object,researching the productivity calculation methods and establishing the productivity calculation model of gyratory crusher productivity.Using visual basic to write the productivity calculation software of gyratory crusher.Using EDEM software to verify the productivity calculation method.Based on the movement properties of granular materials and the movement characteristics of the cone,research the discharge and extrusion process of bulk material in the crushing cavity under different rotate speed.Establish mathematical model of materials slide down,free fall,and combination of the two type movement on process of discharge and squeeze.Calculate drop speed and up speed and draw the movement trajectory figure of the materials in the crushing cavity on account the basic parameters of PXF6089.The larger the moving cone rotate speed,the more the number of broken cycle,smaller material falling speed and greater material up speed.Through calculating cavity region cross sectional area to determine the location of choke point cross section.Regard the choke point cross section as the analysis object of crusher productivity,combined with the repose of the material movement characteristics,productivity model of gyratory crusher is derived.According to the different way of discharge,respectively set up the corresponding productivity model by materials fall in free and sliding way.It's concluded that the main factors that affect the productivity are rotate speed,precession angle,swing stroke.And analyze the relationship between factors and productivity.Calculate method of productivity under different rotating speed and develop the productivity calculation software of large gyratory crusher by using the visual basic software.Based on particles replacement technology in EDEM software to fill material particles with bonding properties.Simulate and analysis the type of PXF6089 gyratory crusher by using bond particles and normal particles.The error of the simulation results and the theoretical calculation are in a reasonable range,illustrates the theory of productivity calculation method is feasible.According to the material of the broken rate problem,presents the evaluation indexes of material crushing and a conclusion that the higher the speed and the swing stroke,the higher the material crushing rate?...
