Double teeth roll crusher is an important part of crushing machinery,plays an important role in mining,mineral processing industry.With the integration of coal resources and the requirements of "more crushing and less grinding",increasing the need for the domestic equipment.However,the double roll crusher is currently faced with the problem of product is not up to the grinding size requirements,small capacity,feeding small hardness,seriously restricts the development of enterprises.The development of new crusher can improve the crushing production capacity,but also to optimize the processing route,reduce equipment investment,creating economic benefits.Therefore,this paper studied the hard rock double teeth roll crusher according to the process design of "more crushing and less grinding ".Based on the prototype test,this paper takes the double toothed roller crusher as the research object,obtained the theoretical model of the double toothed roll crusher through the analysis of the experimental data and the theoretical derivation;On the basis of parameter optimization analysis,completed the virtual prototype model by using Solid Works 3D modeling software,the finite element analysis and optimization design of the system are combined with discrete element software EDEM and finite element software ANSYS to realize the unification of economic and security.The main content of the paper are listed as follows:(1)Derived the expression of the generalized crushing force with random discrete characteristics of material particles and proved by the experimental results;(2)Presented the formula of improved production capacity for the fine double roll crusher,taking MMD1250 crusher as example verifies the correctness of the formula;(3)Proposed a new structure of the broken tooth-splitting teeth and a new tooth distribution method as the combination splitting tooth with back tooth according to the reason of working failure and broken ways of tooth.(4)Established the project category table of correspondence analysis based on the crushing force formula and production capacity formula and energy consumption model,using MATALAB to analyze and optimize the parameters;(5)Established the tooth roller mode by using Solid Works and import to EDEM,the load data of a broken tooth on the right tooth roller were extracted from two working conditions of full load start and normal operation.(6)Analyzed the stress and deformation of the broken teeth under two conditions of full load start and normal breaking by ANSYS,and optimize the parameters of broken teeth;after optimization,the stress and deformation of the broken teeth are significantly reduced.
