Study On The Supply On Domestic Sewage Treatment Facilities In Nanxun District,Huzhou,Zhejiang

As the social economy in the Taihu Lake basin of the Yangtze River Delta developing rapidly,various social and economic activities exert much more negative influence on water quality than before.A pollution source in the rural areas would form and,even the worse,pose a threat to public health and rural development without effective measures.domestic sewage treatment projects are of great significance in improving the overall rural environment,improving the quality of rural settlements and achieving the coordinated development between urban and rural areas.Taking the treatment facilities in Nanxun area as the study area,this paper analyzes the current situation of sewage treatment through field investigation,questionnaire and interview.meanwhile,it addresses the weakness in the facilities to further improve.The main conclusions are as follows:the Operation of equipment has achieved results,while rural residents’long-term living habits as well as the lack initiative and enthusiasm for environmental protection that result in the Low participation rate.in the projects,the effectiveness of equipment supply attaches tightly to the focus area of rural residents,which has become the key point of rural domestic sewage treatment facilities supply.Combined with interviews and analysis,the supply of sewage treatment facilities in rural areas is facing the problem of unsatisfactory results,insufficient benefits,and insufficient funds.Meanwhile,shortages in technical services,Like facilities maintenance cannot meet the demand,regulation and regulation cannot form a supply management system,the beneficiary groups can not backing the policies.In view of the above situation and problems,the following corresponding strategies are put forward:using supply-side reform to promote the structural transfer of factors;learn from others’ experience and promote successful management,improving relevant policies and regulations to promote the optimization of governance;widening the opertion mode to optimize the supply of facilities and srvices;broadening the operation mode to optimize the supply of treatment services;using the new model to promote the awareness of rural residents to participate.
