Research On Disposal Of Municipal Household Waste

Domestic waste in various regions of the China PR is increasing continuously,and it has soared to 203.62 million tons in 2016.The pressure of disposal is enormous.At the beginning of the 21 st century,more than half of the cities in China have experienced the problem of "garbage siege" to varying degrees.After more than ten years of treatment and disposal of domestic waste,the phenomenon of "garbage siege" has been improved in recent years,but it is still a very headache problem.The quality of domestic waste disposal is closely related to the urban environment and the quality of life of residents.It is the focus of the government,the masses and the media.Much attention should be paid to improving the management of domestic waste disposal,which needs to be sustained and further optimized to improve the quality level.Chongqing is located in the southwest of China.Due to the geographical characteristics of the city,the domestic refuse disposal has higher requirements..Based on the current situation of waste disposal in Chongqing,this paper uses literature research,data analysis and other methods to study,in accordance with the overall "put forward problems,analyze problems,solve problems" mode.Through collecting and sorting out the data,starting from the current situation of the city’s domestic refuse clearance,waste components,treatment,etc.,this paper combs and summarizes the city’s existing capacity gap,treatment methods urgently need to be adjusted,and makes a brief analysis,and obtains four reasons.Based on the above analysis,the countermeasures and suggestions put forward in this paper are as follows: Establish a sound legal system;Establish a co-governance mechanism involving multiple parties;Establish a sound garbage classification and recovery management system;Improve garbage disposal capacity;Make good use of economic tools and new technologies.These suggestions have some reference value to optimize the disposal of domestic waste in Chongqing.
