After forty years of development,LongKing Co.,LTD has become the leading enterprise of China's environmental protection industry.Relying on endogenous growth,the company has always maintained excellent performance.However,with the basic completion of the ultra-low emission transformation of coal-fired power plants,the market demand for electric power industry has fallen down.LongKing Co.,LTD is facing severe adjustment in the future.M&A is an effective way to extend the extension,and it is also a means to optimize the allocation of resources.Enterprises can quickly expand their scale and enhance their core competitiveness through M&A strategy.While constantly improving existing businesses and actively opening up the original market,epitaxial expansion has become one of the important directions of long net external development.It is necessary to know whether M&A can help the future development of LongKing Co.,LTD by understanding the real motivation of the M&A and conducting the empirical study of the industry,and then analyze and summarize the experience to help LongKing Co.,LTD to implement effective M&A activities.This paper takes the M&A strategy of LongKing Co.,LTD as the analysis object.On the basis of collecting a large amount of information,it uses empirical analysis method,investigation method and comparative analysis to study the environment of LongKing Co.,LTD from three aspects,such as external macro economy,environmental protection industry development and environmental protection industry merger and acquisition.And the analysis,combined with the competitors and the company's own cases of mergers and acquisitions,to make a horizontal comparison,proposed some specific countermeasures and suggestions to the future merger strategy of LongKing Co.,LTD.This paper also attempts to provide a meaningful reference and reference for other types of environmental protection companies in the future environmental protection industry M&A market.This paper consists of seven parts.The first chapter introduces the background and research framework of the study.The second chapter mainly introduces the theory of M&A and the journals.The third chapter analyzes the external environment of LongKing Co.,LTD and the internal situation,the management situation and the motivation of the merger and acquisition.The fourth chapter is analysis on M&A of Newland Entech.The fifth chapter studies the M&A of the competitors of LongKing Co.,LTD.The sixth chapter is the analysis of M&A performance and the SWOT analysis of M&A.The seventh chapter is the implementation of M&A strategy and the conclusion and research limitations.
