| In domestic catering industry,the quantity of various categories catering enterprises is increasing in pace with industry development.The cooking fume pollution caused by catering industry is increasingly day by day.As a result,the impact is multifaceted.It not only reduce the atmosphere quality,but also affect the daily lives of the masses directly.The state attaches great importance to the prevention and control of air pollution.Local governments have strengthened various pollution control and emission reduction measures.The governance efforts of cooking fume pollution in catering industry are also increasing in Tianjin.Take the governance of cooking fume pollution as an important content of air pollution control.Implement various pollution control policies actively and promote governance of cooking fume pollution strongly.But combined with the current situation analysis,the deficiencies and inadequacies also exist.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the research on the prevention and control of cooking fume pollution in catering industry.This article focus on the governance of cooking fume pollution in catering industry of Tianjin.Comprehensively adopts several research methods to study the problems,causes and countermeasures.Firstly,it is found that the existing problems are mainly reflected in the poor operability of relevant laws,absence of reasonable location planning,the policy of cooking fume pollution control is not appropriate and the main body of cooking fume pollution control is relatively single.Secondly,analyze the causes of the problems,it mainly includes that the laws and regulations of lampblack pollution control have not been setted and perfected,lack of reasonable development plan,the oil fume pollution control policies has not yet been launched in time and have not yet established a multicenter cooperative governance mechanism.Finally,by improving the laws and regulations on the governance,adjusting the distribution of urban catering industry,carrying out scientific and reasonable policies related to governance of cooking fume pollution,as well as the establishment of a diversified joint governance mechanism and other effective measures to solve the problems.This study is helpful to enrich the theory and knowledge system of oil fume pollution control in Tianjin catering industry.We should bring into full play of the government guiding role in the control of cooking fume pollution,introducing market and social powers to take part in governance,further improve the effect of governance of cooking fume pollution in urban catering industry.Moreover,it is helpful to promote the governance practice of oil fume pollution,and achieve the purpose of reducing the lampblack pollution emission of catering industry and improving the air quality of urban environment. |
