| To solve the problem that it is difficult to effectively control Bottom drum mechanism of soft rock roadway,based on a large number of previous engineering practices and research analysis.This project use the pedestrians from the 102 mining area of Yuandian No.1 Mine as the specific engineering background,and comprehensively use of modern mathematics,basic mechanics theory,combined with theoretical analysis,numerical calculation and field measurement.It is system and comprehensively analysis bottom drum control technology.Based on the numerical simulation,the bottom drum control under various support conditions is effectively analyzed through numerical simulation,which provides some reference for the similar roadway bottom drum support.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Combined with the relevant mechanical principles,the mechanical deformation analysis model of soft rock roadway is established.It is analysis of failure deformation mechanism of rock formation in roadway,the corresponding formula for calculating the deformation of the floor rock layer is obtained.and corresponding engineering geological conditions of the pedestrians in the 102 mining area of Yuandian No.1 Mine.To Exploring the cause of the kick drum and drawing the corresponding theoretical calculation formula.(2)Through in-depth investigation of the destruction of the roadway excavated by pedestrians in the 102 mining area of Yuandian No.1 Mine According to the analysis of existing geological and technical data,it can be seen that the factors affecting the pedestrians in the 102 mining area are various,and the damage mechanism of the bottom drum is studied.(3)According to the principle of known support schemes for different kick drums,numerical simulation calculations for different support methods are proposed.The analysis shows that the combination of anchor and grout makes the bolt and grout fully play their respective application range,which is a good way to support the dynamic pressure roadway.(4).The bottom drum control technology of the pedestrians in the 102 mining area of Yuandian No.1 Mine was studied,and the support system was proposed.New design of the bottom drum control technology,Then,a three-month on-site practice was carried out to evaluate the support effect and verify the reliability of the research results by conducting comprehensive mine pressure monitoring.Figure【45】 Table【18】 Reference【58】... |
