| The roadway floor drum is an important technical problem in soft rock roadway control.Due to the complexity of the soft rock roadway floor drum,a countermeasure for effectively controlling the roadway floor drum has become the research direction of many experts in the coal field at home and abroad.In swelling soft rock roadways,effective control of the roadway bottom drum is one of the solutions to the problem of the surrounding rock deformation and failure of the roadway.Studying the deformation and failure mechanism of the surrounding rock in the swelling soft rock roadway can better control the swelling of the soft rock roadway bottom drum.It provides important theoretical significance for the construction of coal mine soft rock roadway.In this paper,based on the actual situation of the north wing roadway of Zhaoxian Mine in Jinyuan,Shanxi,this paper studies the deformation mechanism and control technology of the surrounding rock of the roadway by combining theoretical research,laboratory test,numerical simulation and field measurement.Through the laboratory test,the microstructure and mineral composition of the roadway rock were studied,and the expansion rate and expansion stress test of the roadway rock were carried out;through the theoretical analysis,the process of the surrounding rock deformation and the composition of the surrounding rock deformation were analyzed;Through numerical simulation calculations,the failure characteristics of surrounding rock deformation at different locations in the North Wing Roadway were studied,and two sets of support schanes were proposed and analyzed.It was concluded that the roadway is in the "anchor anchor cable+floor anchor cable+U-shaped closure "Bracket+grouting" support condition improves the self-bearing capacity of surrounding rock and changes the stress state of surrounding rock well.The stress distribution of the surrounding rock is even and there is no concentration phenomenon.Rock deformation and destruction,and at the same time,well control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the floor.Therefore,industrial tests were carried out to verify whether the "anchor anchor cable+bottom plate anchor cable+U-shaped closed bracket+grouting" support technology can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway.The data obtained through field measurement shows that it can effectively Preventing the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway and the inward movement of the two gangs,the effective control of the stability of the surrounding rock of the soft rock roadway in the north wing of the Zhaoxian Mine,Jinyuan,Shanxi,is achieved.Figure 47 table 16 reference 62... |
