The 212 Return Air Gate of Tucheng mine in Guizhou is buried about 550 m deep,the mining stress is big,there are different bottom heave,top and bottom,convergence deformation of both sides,support distortion,“U”card collapse and sharp top,etc.It can not meet the needs of roadway ventilation,transportation and pedestrians,and seriously affect the construction period of roadway excavation.In this paper,based on the geological conditions and research background of the 212 return air of the test area in Shimen,the methods of theoretical analysis,similitude simulation,numerical simulation,field test,etc.he following contents are comprehensively studied:(1)The geological summary of the test site,such as support clear investigation,through the experiment to obtain physical and mechanical parameters.A mechanical model is established to study the stress distribution and the distribution of the plastic zone in the surrounding rock of the roadway.(2)Peering into the surrounding rock of the 212 return air tunnel in Shimen to detect its damage degree,monitoring the behavior law of ground pressure under the condition of original support,and grasping the failure mechanism of the surrounding rock of the 212 return air tunnel.(3)Based on the failure of surrounding rock at the 212 Return Air Gate and the measured physical and mechanical parameters,the numerical simulation model of soft rock roadway engineering is established,and the numerical simulation test research of surrounding rock support in the course of soft rock roadway deformation is carried out,the stress evolution law is simulated and analyzed,and the Stress Response Mechanism and movement and Deformation Law of Soft Rock Roadway are further discussed.(4)The similar simulation test is used to analyze the influence of mining stress on the surrounding rock and coal pillar of 212 return air crosscut roadway.(5)According to the condition of High Stress Soft Rock in Tucheng mine,the collaborative control technology of “Unloading and changing solid”is put forward,which can reduce the stress concentration degree of surrounding rock by blasting and make the stress transfer to the deep part,and finally effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock under the influence of mining.Through the theoretical research and engineering practice of this topic,it provides a theoretical basis and effective technical approach for roadway support technology under similar conditions,and also provides guidance for similar soft rock roadway support engineering in the future.
