Levofloxacin is one kind of quinolone antibiotic,which has broad spectrum antibacterial effect mainly used for acute and chronic infections of the respiratory tract,tonsils and intestines caused by Gram-negative bacteria and with the good antibacterial effect on grape germs,Enterobacter and Escherichia coli.This design is based on 280 ton/year levofloxacin production project.The main raw materials used in this design are levofloxacin acid ester and acetic acid.It overcomes the shortcomings of the previous few steps of the synthesis of levofloxacin,such as low yield and high pollution,increases reaction yield,reduces the environmental pollution and achieves green chemical production.to ensure the product yield and purity.The design of this process mainly includes:(1).the introduction of the main characteristics of levofloxacin and the project background and design basis;(2)the introduction of the main methods of industrial synthesis of levofloxacin and the advantages and disadvantages of the main synthetic methods;(3)the introduction of the material balance and energy balance of the main materials in the technological design;(4)the design and selection of main equipment and distillation tower design for separating acetic acid and ethyl acetate;(5)the foundation of the layout of the project and the design of the workshop layout and production process flow chart.
