| The separate-layer production refers to realizing the purpose of separate-layer injection and production by the use of down-hole string to divide target layers according to the extracting situations in the oil producing wells. As the main measure of improving the injection effects in the later period of high water cut layer, the separate-layer production can ease the interrupting effects between each layer, improve the usage, tap the potential of oil layers, decrease the moisture content and increase the oil production.This context has optimized and designed the new technology of separate-layer production and the down-hole string, and put forward methods of separate-layer production and injection allocation and also optimized designing plan according to the force analysis of separate-layer production string in different working conditions. It also made introductions of the separate-layer production technology of dynamic control and mufti-parameter monitoring which can achieve more than 6 intervals, tangible products and equipments. On the basis of these new devices, reasonable layered producing and injection schemes has been set according to surplus oil saturation, numerical simulation and economic analysis. Considering that after micro-dividing the layers, the barriers get thinner and the sealed location of the packer needs to be more exact, in order to make the packer seal target layer, and ensure the safety of the string, the strain distribution of the separate-layer production string under different working conditions should be understood. Therefore the force analysis of the seperate-layer production string is necessary to be provided, to help the design of the seperate-layer production string. Finally, the optimized designing plan has been provided through limited force analysis by the deformation of the separate-layer production string.This context has combined new devices of separate-layer production, the establishment of separate-layer production and injection, the economic analysis, and the optimization base on force analysis of separate-layer production string to put forward a set of scientific seperate-layer production control technology, which would provide theoretical guidance for applying this new technology. |
