In recent years,it has been known that the sudden increase in greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide caused by daily production activities has made the global warming phenomenon even more severe,while the serious crisis has brought about the normal operation and progress of the global ecosystem.With the successive introduction of government environmental regulations in different countries around the world,the rapid development of low-carbon economy and the strong awareness of consumers about low-carbon products are showed.As an important part of human activities,enterprises must take into account the daily production activities of their own production,and actively undertake the responsibility of climate,striving to optimize their operating costs and profitability.In order to cope with the severe challenges in this era,this paper analyzes the industries in which consumer electronics products are located.On the one hand,in order to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction,the government also implements emission reduction and recycling subsidies policies for chain manufacturers to stimulate manufacturing.Businesses actively participate in emission reduction cooperation;on the other hand,considering the social role and leading position of the enterprise,this paper expands the research subject,uses the multi-objective planning method to take into account the production demands of the government and consumers,and outputs the optimal solution through genetic algorithm.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)A low-carbon production strategy that considers emission reduction and recovery subsidies in a simple situation.This paper also considers the irmpact of government emission reduction subsidies and recycling subsidies on single-objective decision-making of consumer electronics companies.The paper proposes emission reduction cooperation and low-carbon production strategies based on two subsidy policies.To this side,this paper considers the role of government carbon emission constraints and consumers'low carbon preferences,which builds a two-stage model of consumer electronics companies'carbon dioxide emission reduction cooperation process for manufacturers and suppliers,through theoretical solution and numerical simulation.The analysis shows the different effects of the two subsidy policies on the enterprise's emission reduction decision-making and the profit of each entity.Our research find that the emission reduction subsidy can stimulate the in-depth development of emission reduction cooperation,while the emission reduction and recycling subsidies can help increase the wholesale price of suppliers.To a certain extent,the profitability of manufacturers will be reduced.(2)Low-carbon production strategies that consider emission reduction and recycling subsidies in complex situations.Taking into account the social responsibility of the company in the actual production activities,this paper uses the multi-objective planning method to expand the research subjects,which considers the multi-objective production appeal of the government and consumers and explores the emission reduction and recycling subsidies for consumer electronics in the multi-agent and multi-objective scenarios.The impact of corporate low carbon production strategies can be studied in detail.To this side,this paper uses the module cluster model to express the low carbon production goals and constraints of enterprises,governments and consumers,using the genetic algorithm to obtain the Pareto optimal public solution.On this basis,the article takes consumer electronics as an example to carry out case analysis and data research,and demonstrates the effectiveness and feasibility of multi-objective models,which is used by corporate decision makers in coping with carbon emission constraints and formulating low-carbon production strategies.Provide solid theoretical support.To this end,this paper focuses on the impact of emission reduction subsidies and recycling subsidies on emission reduction decisions and low-carbon production strategies of consumer electronics companies,and applies game theory and multi-objective planning to build effective low-carbon production decisions for enterprises,enhancing the sustainable competitiveness of enterprises and laying a foundation for a richer theoretical foundation and realistic basis.
