In recent years,Shaanxi agriculture has entered a stage of rapid development.Traditional agriculture has gradually developed to modern agriculture,agricultural production technology has been continuously innovated and improved,the life of farmers has been obviously improved,and the agricultural economy has increased significantly.For Shaanxi economic take-off made a great contribution.However,agriculture is booming,restricted by the traditional extensive development mode,it also faces a series of ecological problems,such as exhaustion of resources and serious environmental pollution,resulting in a situation of "high pollution,high energy consumption and high input".The contradiction between agricultural economic development and environmental protection is increasingly sharp,which affects the construction of Shaanxi ecological civilization.Based on this background,The technical efficiency of Shaanxi agricultural environment and its influencing factors were studied.This paper takes Shaanxi agriculture as the main research object,externality theory and environment-economy theory as the theoretical basis,combined with the present situation of Shaanxi agricultural development and environmental governance,and selects the agricultural panel data of 10prefecture-level cities in Shaanxi Province from 2005 to 2017.Firstly,the traditional DEA model and the improved SBM model are used to calculate whether the environmental technical efficiency of Shaanxi agriculture and cities at different prefectural levels is taken into account,and the time difference analysis and regional difference analysis are carried out in terms of time and space.Considering the actual input-output redundancy rate,the reasons for the lack of technical efficiency of agricultural environment in Shaanxi Province are studied.The influencing factors will then be selected.The robustness test was carried out to determine the stability of time series.Through the construction ofTobit regression model,the factors affecting the technical efficiency of agricultural environment in Shaanxi were analyzed concretely.According to the research results,This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the technical efficiency of agricultural environment in Shaanxi Province,and provides theoretical reference for realizing the sustainable development of agriculture in Shaanxi Province.The main conclusions of this paper show that:First,Shaanxi agricultural environment technology efficiency has obvious time difference and space difference.The overall agricultural environmental technical efficiency of Shaanxi is obviously lower than that of non-expected output,and the agricultural environmental technical efficiency of Shaanxi prefectural cities has obvious heterogeneity.Second,the input-output index of agricultural environmental technical efficiency in Shaanxi is redundant to a certain extent,which indicates that the resource input has not been used efficiently,which affects the output value.Third,through regression analysis,natural factors,urbanization development,agricultural mechanization development of Shaanxi agricultural environment technology efficiency has a negative impact,regional economy,agricultural industrial structure,financial the government expenditure has a positive effect on the technical efficiency of Shaanxi agricultural environment.Finally,according to the current situation of agricultural development in Shaanxi,and according to the conclusion of the research,the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the technical efficiency of agricultural environment in Shaanxi are put forward. |
