The Government has put forward more expectations and higher requirements for the development of environmental protection undertakings.And the relevant departments have issued a number of regulations and policies to help the new round of development of the environmental protection industry.Under the tide of the development of environmental protection industry,more and more M&A cases occured.But after the merger,especially after cross-industry diversified mergers and acquisitions,the problem of the loss of the core staff appears to be very prominent.If the core staff turnover rate is too high,that will have many adverse effects on enterprises.This paper takes the case of Y Group M&a L Environmental Protection Co.,Ltd.as the research object,collected data on the loss of core staff after M&A,the loss of staff is serious.The first phase of the research is aimed at the core staff who have left.First of all,through the questionnaire survey method,the article uses the quantitative analysis way,summed up the cause that causes the core staff loss.Moreover,the article uses the method of exit interview to carry on the qualitative verification to the separation reason.Then the article combs out the main reasons for the loss of core staff after M&a.The second phase of the research is aimed at the core employees on the job,by means of questionnaire survey,the four key factors affecting the loss of core employees of M&a enterprises are further locked,including work factors,internal control factors,career development factors and organizational cultural identity factors,and through the analysis of statistical software tools,it is verified that these key factors are negatively correlated with the employee turnover rate and show a strong degree of influence.Finally,this paper focuses on the integration of human resources modules,from the perspectives of human resource planning and allocation,staff training,employee performance appraisal,internal control,employee relationship management,employee career development and organizational culture,to think about how to comprehensively control the core employee turnover after M&A.This paper establishes a "C+"control model to prevent the loss of core staff after M&A,summarize and sort out the strategies and suggestions of environmental protection M&a enterprises to prevent the loss of core staff.The article also provides a reference for the solution of the problem of staff turnover in similar M&a enterprises.
