| Oil is called the blood of modern industry.The number of oil wells is huge,and oil wells are scattered in a large area and are difficult to be exploited.Therefore,artificial lift methods is widely used in oil exploitation.Moreover,the running state of the oil well and data collection are required in oil exploitation.If these work are carried out only using artifical means,it will be labour-intensive and low efficiency.And the accuracy of control are not very high.When a fault occurs,it is impossible to give an alarm in time only by manual control,which will greatly affect the economic benefits of oil exploitation.As a result,remote monitoring is very necessary.This situation can fundamentally be changed and the associated problems arising from it can be eliminated using remote monitoring system.Based on the characteristics of oil field production technology,the remote monitoring method of the direct-drive traction pumping unit is studied in this paper.This paper makes the research on remote monitoring method of direct-drive traction type pumping unit according to the characteristics of oil field production technology.It mainly conducts research on detection method of the electrical parameters and control parameters of pumping unit,transmission method of remote monitoring data,and host monitor software development.Firstly,the paper analysis driving system and operating principle of direct-drive traction type pumping unit.Based on these work,the paper schemes out acquisition scheme of pumping unit electrical parameters accoding to the operating principle of Hall components,and many appropriate control parameters are calculated based on data detected by sensors.In the system,power quality detection module is used as the electric parameter measurement method.And rotating optical-electricity encoder is used as the monitoring way of implementation effect of control parameter.Then the detection results are sent to GPRS module through serial port.Secondly,this paper introduces a design of GPRS data transmission terminal.Atmega64 high-performance CPU,AT45DB16 memory and GPRS wireless module MC39 i are adopted in the design.Meanwhile a set of appropriate parameter of transmission terminal are completed configuration as well.Finally,we devepled the system monitoring software using Labview programming language.In this softwre Winsock network programming method and client/server software development model were adopted.In order to solve the problem about real-time control of pumping unit,control parameters are calculated using Matlab on the basis of many parameters such as running current,frequency,stroke,time of stroke and other basic parameters.At the same,the indicator diagram of the pumping unit was provided in the paper.After finishing system development,system debug and test were both carried out.Then this system has been operated on site for about half a year.The operatation results demonstrate that the system has satisfied the actual requirement and achieved the intended design purpose.The system can run stably and reliably.The results show that the system can realized the real-time remote monitoring on the operating parameters of direct-drive traction type pumping unit.The system provided in the paper has important reference significance for the remote monitoring of remote and scattered working places. |
