The whole process of fluidized-bed granulation is not affected by external force,except for the airflow in the bed,and the obtained particles have good performance.Therefore,fluidized-bed granulation is widely used in the pharmaceutical field.Fluidized-bed fluidization chamber temperature is a core parameter of fluidized-bed granulation,which has an extremely important influence on production efficiency and yield of fluidized-bed granulation.However,the temperature of the fluidized-bed fluidization chamber is affected by many factors,including strong coupling,large lag,and the interference between these influencing factors,which leads to the difficult direct control of the fluidized-bed fluidization chamber temperature.Therefore,the research on temperature control of fluidized-bed fluidization chamber has important theoretical and practical significance.In view of the above problems,thermodynamic analysis of granulated fluidized-bed,analysis and design of fuzzy controller for heater temperature control,analysis of characteristics of influencing factors on fluidization chamber temperature and temperature control of fluidized chamber were researched in this paper.The feasibility of the model and control method is verified by the combination of numerical simulation and experimental verification.The content of this thesis is divided into five chapters:In the first chapter,the research background and current status of this thesis was described.The significance of the fluidized-bed fluidization chamber temperature control was explained.The development status of the granulated fluidized-bed was briefly introduced.The research status of fluidized-bed heat transfer process and fluidized bed temperature control research was summarized.In the second chapter,thermodynamics to theoretical analysis of the granulated fluidized-bed temperature was mainly applied,which providing theoretical support for the experiment.The main influencing factors of the fluidized-bed fluidization chamber in the laboratory were determined experimentally,and the temperature characteristics were analyzed.The granulated fluidized-bed test bench was introduced,including the performance of granulating fluidized bed,the layout of electrical hardware and the design of measurement and control software.In the third chapter,the temperature characteristics of granulated fluidized-bed heaters was studied.Combined with fuzzy control theory,the fuzzy knowledge base of fluidized-bed heater temperature control was established,and the design of heater temperature fuzzy controller was studied in depth.The effectiveness and reliability of the system are verified by experiments.In the fourth chapter,response characteristics of temperature in granulated fluidized-bed fluidization chamber was studied,and the fluidization chamber temperature was established by the MATLAB system identification toolbox.The influencing factors of the temperature of fluidization chamber were determined and preliminarily analyzed.Based on this,the response characteristics of the fluidization chamber temperature to the air volume,the liquid volume,and the material volume were further explored.The fluidization chamber temperature control was divided into three sub-controls:preheating stage temperature control,liquid spraying stage temperature control and variable air volume temperature control.The fuzzy PID temperature control in the preheating stage was established.The method of adjusting the set temperature was proposed for the temperature control of the liquid spray process.The corresponding control strategy was proposed based on the experiment of variable air temperature control.In the fifth chapter,the work of the full paper was summarized,and the temperature control of the fluidized-bed fluidization chamber was forecasted.
